This past week - 

Baptism: 0

Lessons Taught: Idk, a ton

Drunk people: once again, a ton

Fireworks I saw: probably a couple 1000

Dead dogs: 2

Dead humans: 0 for now, but a member said he saw one by our house a few days ago

Rice and beans eaten: too much

Midnight on new years I sat on the roof and had a view of my city, Sao Paulo, and one other city and watched massive fireworks launching and exploding in all directions. Some kids played with this one firework that was like a magic wand that would shoot out different colors of fire every couple of seconds. Also some kids straight up are playing with fireworks that are bombs that blow up stuff.

A little before the new year I was watching a family in the street launching a firework from my window and it just launched straight towards us and shot along the side of our house.

Both of my companions were transfered to other areas and I got a new one who is from Peru, Elder Medina. He has like 3 transfers left. He's the trainer but I'm in charge of actually knowing the area. Not much else has happened and I don't have a ton of time, so BYE!

Another week in the books!

This last week past by super super fast. And because of that I feel like nothing really happened. I know one day we went for a multi zone conference. That took about the whole day. Two of my old companions were there so that was cool.  Practically all the other days were just working. I think my companion and I are getting more work done then most people. There's a pattern you have to do. Like how many new investigators, how many scheduled baptisms, and how many people you bring to church. In the conference they talked about how alot of people weren't doing it. But my companion and I are way above them each time so that's cool.  The mission president even called one day to congratuale us. And yesterday he even showed up to one of our baptisms at night. One week left at the CTM!!

Hmmmm...  I don't have much to say. I'm finishing up my last week at the CTM right now. We got some more Brazilian roommates. I dont know when so I dont know I've already mentioned this lol. But we can talk to them alot more in portuguese which is really cool.  Next week I leave on Tuesday to my mission and get a new companion. My companion right now has been sick for like 2 weeks. He just uses hippie oils and isn't getting better. Today I woke up with a soar throat (and I assume I finally caught whatever he has) but I think I will be fine.  Some brazilians can speak english very well and it's really cool because the majority of them learned it from video games and movies because they got sick of dubbings and translations. It's actually super awesome. They're not perfect but some of them are better then us when it comes to us speaking portuguese. Tho it's usually not that way. Hey! I dont have a ton of time so I took a photo of the email to read later. Thats what they told us we should do. They keyboard isnt too bad. My first week flew by. My campanions name is Pancheri from Utah. The rest of my distrect is great. There is a kid from Japan and the Philippines in my district. I have gotten to leave the CTM today. So far we have gone to the Temple but we are about to go out in the streets right after this. We arent supposed to send pics at the CTM because it will slow down the wifi so you wont be getting any any time soon. The food here is pretty good. Its mostly beans, rice, chicken, and roast beef. Every morning we have ham and cheese sandwhiches. I haven't gotten sick of them yet which is good. They had pizza once but it was weird but good except one taste straight up like fish and was disgusting, another one had chocolate sauce and sprinkles.  September 27, 2017
